Finally an app with a great fitness plan which really increased my strenght. It has many Levels and you can edit every Workout, I really recommend it !!! Just 4 Stars, because sometimes the tempo is much to fast but you can edit the tempo

This is a great app for the "self-starter" if you need a coach watching you all the time dont download this app. I absolutely love it!!! :^D

the main reason i got this app is because i like body weight exersizes abd it has a tons of dose. its good. and add come once in a while, not irritating at all, yah

Honestly, I dont care that much about the ads. I also paid for it, but its not that bad. I have thought of a really useful thing you guys should do. Ive bought mostly all of your workout apps, and I use them daily, but wouldnt it be cool if you merged all the apps into one big application. I dont like having to switch constantly between apps (I use these to build my own workouts, I do different body parts), and I think it would be awesome if you could merge them together but other than that, it is a really great app and good job!

This app really helps me

You purchase there pro apps and constantly get pop ups for more apps even if you have bought the full workout set. Not worth the hassle and annoyance. I am sad to give it one star. The product is excellent but not worth it. Ban feel free apps until they remove advertising.

The paid version has ads (plain wrong) and the workout regiments need calibration (some go waaay faster than others). More stressful than useful...look somewhere else for a push-up app.
