An workout!

I love this APP and the sit up pro APP. You feel the burn and feel great afterward.

Great

Use this every morning. Also use the Ab and Chest Pro. All worthwhile. It would be sweet if they had a Pull-Up app.

Very happy with exercises

I am very happy I have purchased this app--a great variety of exercise programs that are easy to modify and intensify.

GREEDY

I know the economy is bad!!! Its bad for everyone!!! I was going to buy every product you offered. I stopped at 4 of them. You advertise for the products I ALREADY BOUGHT!!! As if 1.99 wasnt enough, you now put an in app purchase, in the app I already paid for. There is no exercise in them, I dont already know. I was getting them because overall its still a decent app. BUT THE CONSTANT HARASSING TO BUY AND THE IN APP PURCHASES, KILLED ALL THE POTENTIAL GOOD THESE APPS HAD TO OFFER.

Get ripped son!

Im ripped after using this app and the ab workouts 1 for just 3 weeks!

Bug

For push up 101 the isometric push up mess up when it has to say down it says up & when it needs to say up it says down confusing other wise good app for a work out

CRASH!!!

This would be a great app if it didnt crash 75% of the time in the middle of a workout.

Upgrade please!

Love this app! Its a really good workout but please optimize for iPhone 5!

Great, absolutely recommend it!!

This app is absolutely wroth it every penny. I love the different types of workout with different levels and voice command and timing during the breaks between exercises. I been doing the "Tyrannosaurus Pecs: for a sculpted chess" and next day i am sore and in all over the chess, trip-ceps, even in the shoulders. It s great app if you dont have much time to go to the gym and want to do a great work out from your home.

Get back in shape!

Ive been experiencing an overbearing lack of motivation recently, but this app is the solution to everything! This app is best used with music, and pressing the symbol of a man speaking on the top right allows just that!

Minimal verbal cues on many exercises

In addition to the instructions being wrong (up for down and vice versa) in isometric pushups it would be nice to have more verbal instruction given - some exercises have up/down cues where others dont. Some exercises require a change in hand position (e.g. staggered pushups) but no time is given to do this. For example in the 101 workout staggered push-ups are done in 1 set of 10 at a fast pace; a beginner like me has a hard enough time doing a push-up at that pace much less switching hand positions between repetitions. Why not 2 sets of 5 with a change in hand position between sets or am I supposed to be strong enough to throw myself up in the air so that I can change hand positions. Constantly bugging me to purchase other apps is annoying as well.

Needs an update fast

What happened to the food recommendation section? Remove the ads. They are annoying. We payed for this so make it worth it. Also needs to be iPhone 5 optimized.

Great app but..

This app is amazingly great! I love all the exercises in it but theres 3 little problems.. 1. Can you please add more stuff on it like the ab workout app, like 4 easy workouts instead of 2. 2. Can you please orient the screen size so it fits in the iphone5/5s. 3. And can you please take that ad to buy the 10$ app when I already paid. Please and THANKYOU!!!

Better than most apps out there.

Titty Sprinkles. That is all.
